Our purpose

Help care providers build organized, compliant, and sustainable operations that protect residents and support employees.

Compassionate guidance. Practical structure.

Heartland Facility Consulting Group, LLC strengthens residential care facilities through dependable operational support and resident-centered solutions.

We assist owners and administrators with regulatory preparedness, policy and documentation development, staff training, operational improvement, and quality assurance—always with the understanding that better systems create more room for better care.

How it works

A clear path from concern to action.

You receive straightforward recommendations, organized deliverables, and a defined scope—without confusion about who remains responsible for facility decisions.

Clear professional boundaries

Heartland provides consulting, training, templates, and operational guidance. The facility owner and administrator retain responsibility for operations, resident care, staffing, billing approval, licensing, and compliance.

Questions

Before we begin.

A few important answers about scope, responsibilities, and project fit.

Do you guarantee that a facility will pass an inspection?

No. Heartland helps organize systems, prepare staff, and address identified concerns, but the facility owner and administrator remain responsible for compliance and inspection outcomes.

Will you handle facility or resident money?

No. Heartland does not control facility funds, bank accounts, resident accounts, cards, or personal-spending money. Clear financial accountability protects everyone.

Can you log in and submit billing for us?

Billing assistance is provided only under a written scope. The facility’s owner or authorized employee must maintain system access, review the work, and approve submissions.

Can services be customized?

Yes. Your written proposal can combine assessments, templates, file organization, training, billing support, or other approved operational work.
